Since 1992 we have traveled many times in the new Europe, and we have been very happy with exploring the Balkan countries, in particular in Bulgaria and Albania. In a way, we feel at home in these countries.

This has led us to buy holiday apartments in both countries, primarily for our own use. We have two apartments in Bulgaria - on the Black Sea coast in the town of Nessebar, and one at the foot of the Pirin Mountains near Bansko. The third apartment lies in the south of Albania in the port city of Saranda. We use the apartments privately, but also we rent them out to people who would like to experience these two amazing countries.
